Toeizan Temple at Ueno, circa 1835 -1839 - Handsome spring scene of Toeizan Temple at Ueno with visitors strolling about the lush grounds dotted with blossoming cherry trees. Tall pine trees frame the view of the red temple buildings stretching out across the horizon. An attractive Hiroshige landscape with soft bokashi shading in the sky, also in the collection of the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.

Image Size - 8 3/4" x 13 3/4" + margins as shown
Condition - With excellent color and detail. Some soiling. Some faint vertical creases. A few holes, repaired. Loss at corner, repaired. Please see photos for details. Nice overall.
