Ducks by a Lotus Pond - Handsome image of two ducks beside a pond, the drake preening its feathers. Lotus leaves and seed pods in gray silhouette fill the background. This subject comes from a series of nine Kiyochika prints designed to copy the look of imported lithographs and etchings that were popular at that time. Rare to find in reprint.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Margin trimmed. Small tear at edge, repaired. Toning, small indented line in margin. Please see photos for details.
