Yellow Bird and Butterfly - Attractive design from a late 19th century series depicting plants, flowers, insects, and birds by Gyozan Nakajima, a painter who worked for the Tokyo National Museum during the Meiji era. These colorful prints feature birds and plants in their natural habitats, with birds perched in trees or flowers blooming beside a stream. Lovely jewel-tone color and fine detail in these handsome compositions. These decorative images are a great choice to collect or display.

Artist - Gyozan Nakajima (1832 - 1914)
Image Size - Approximately 13 1/2" x 9 1/2" (not measured individually)
Condition - With excellent color and detail as shown. Backed with paper. Slight soiling. Please see photos for detail. Good condition overall.
