Festival at the Five Hundred Rakan Temple - Charming woodblock of a young mother nursing her baby under a mosquito net, with fine delicate detail in the netting. A lovely image of a tender moment between mother and child. The inset above features a view of the Temple of the Five Hundred Rakan.

Beautifully carved and printed by the venerable Ishu-Kankokai of Tokyo, this charming reprint is very rare and a wonderful choice for a collector interested in classic Edo era beauty designs.
