Daikoku's Magic Hammer by Meiji era artist (unsigned)

Meiji era Japanese Lithograph Print
Daikoku's Magic Hammer

Comments - Handsome illustration of the magic mallet or hammer of Daikoku, one of Japan's beloved Seven Lucky Gods. The god of wealth, good fortune, farmers, and food, Daikoku is usually shown with a wooden hammer that when shaken, dispenses money or anything else desired. This charming image features a cold coin atop the hammer, with a tasseled red cord knotted through the handle. Detailed with metallic gold pigment in the coin and along the edges of the hammer. A fine old Meiji lithograph of this auspicious symbol.

Artist - Meiji era artist (unsigned)
Image Size - 4 1/4" x 6" + left margin as shown
Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Some light toning, light spots in margin. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
